Reporting verbs

Here I leave a list with the reporting verbs to avoid use only the verb said to reported speech:

Certification TOEFL

Mr. Robles explain us how is the exam TOEFL, and he said that exist two types of exam; one is the iBT and the other is pBT, the difference between the two exams is that one is in computer and the another is in paper, and the points to qualify are different. And he said that the TOEFL is very important if we expected studies in another country.

Another advice from the teacher Arturo is made the exam in time when you don't need it because when you need it the pressure is another factor to made mistakes.

Use of "THE"

We learn in class that the use of "the" in countries who finished in "S" like United States, philippines etc.We must use "the" before the countries

Cultural shock

In class we talk about our own experiences on different places that we are visited and find something strange for our culture, in my team we all considered that the food is the most different in every place that we visited.

Homework reflection of five techniques to learn a new language

MY REFLECTION: 
I think that the first technique is the most important because stay relax is they best way to open your mind, and the second technique is also important because scrap your alphabet is like the babys learn a native language and is more easy the procces of learning a new language, the other 3 steps i think that in resume is practice the language and find someone to guide and correct you.

MY CORRECTED REFLECTION:
I think that the first technique is the most important one, because being relaxed is the best way to open your mind, and the second technique is also important because scrapping your target language's alphabet is like the babies learn their first language and this makes the process of learning a new language easier; about the other three steps, I think they can be best summarized by saying that you must practice the language and find someone to guide you and correct you.

My mistake is thinking in spanish and translate words, i think that is important to me start thinking in english and no try to find a word in spanish to translate.
